With 23 years in education – 14 as the principal at C.H. Bird Elementary School – I’m proud to say that I was the one who learned a lot. Through the years, the kids, parents and teachers I had the pleasure of working with… taught me many lifelong lessons.They taught me to listen better and to communicate. They taught me to more effectively problem-solve and to quickly find the areas where I was needed the most. They gave me the highest of all ‘highs’ in being a part of their countless accomplishments. It was a heart-and-soul type of a career.As I started my second career, the leap from educator to Realtor® was not as big as many may think. Yes, I once again had to immerse myself in learning. Laws, forms, etiquette and all of the many nuances of the real estate industry. But, the community connections, the adding value, the problem-solving, and especially the heart-and-soul part is paramount here. And by ‘here’… I mean at Stark Company Realtors. That’s how I found my start. It was, and always has been, about providing value.If I can provide value as you enter your next stage of life, please don’t hesitate to ask.*With a lifelong passion for biking, Chad informally created “The Bike Project” in 2001. Chad fixes and donates 20 to 30 bikes a year. When not working, you may find Chad, his wife, Julie, and possibly his two grown sons trekking around the states with a pop-up camper. Years of summer camping trips have almost completed their goal of visiting all 50 states. They are at 49!
