As Editor-in-Chief of Fighters.com, I contributed to launching and growing a popular news and social networking website for mixed martial arts, then just emerging as a mainstream sport. I conceptualized, wrote, and edited content, including text, photos, and videos; recruited, hired, and managed five contributors; developed and maintained a publishing pipeline; and networked with Ultimate Fighting Championship staff, athletes, agents, trainers, and managers.
