Chad is a senior manager in EY’s management consulting practice focused on supply chain transformation. Leveraging 25 years of combined consulting and industry experience, he advises large global clients in a variety of industries to help them reduce working capital, reduce costs, prepare for growth and achieve strategic objectives. His engagement experience has spanned the entire lifecycle: pursuit, delivery and transition and has addressed all layers of the supply chain Target Operating Model. Much of his recent experience in the past decade has focused on supply chain planning solution implementations at large Fortune 500 companies across all phases of the project - design, build, test, deploy and hypercare. He has led teams and provided guidance for change management, functional / technical design, integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, go-live, hypercare, and overall client adoption. Chad is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Prior to his consulting experience, he spent 14 years in industry in engineering and supply chain roles.
