Responsible for hiring installation crews for multiple projects throughout the United States. Coordinate the logistics of material and equipment required for project start through completion. Identifying, developing and train potential Superintendents for future projects. Track daily revenue against labor costs in order to keep project on budget. Support Project Managers with contractor and supplier issues.

Western United States

In charge of at all Mueller Service Company locations. Assist General Manager in preparing forecasts, assessing manpower needs and business development. Review all equipment and vehicle maintenance reports in order to lit downtime. Train Service managers, Superintendents and Field Service Technicians. Coordinate sub-contractors and negotiate with suppliers. Conduct interviews of prospective employee. Assist in developing new business by establishing new customers and/or new lines of service.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for managing the production of single family and town home construction as well as KPM's (Key Performance Measures) and the productivity of multiple Field Managers while working closely with the Sales Counselors in a Master Planned Community. Must accurately estimate the overall materials needed for construction completion based on plans and drawings. Work directly with City municipalities and inspectors.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Managed the entire building process including KPM's (Key Performance Measures) and junior Field Managers in a Master Planned Community while working closely with Sales Counselors. Directed the production on all aspects of construction for single family homes in multiple communities. Maintain a very high customer sati fixation rating and retention with homeowners while assisting with warranty questions and work orders. Exceeded expectations in completion deadlines and customer satisfaction.
