As we like to say, Sandoz Biopharma is not for the faint of heart!I lead Patient Access activities across Sandoz Biopharma including Biosimilars, complex generics, and Pharma Derm. Direct oversight of Patient Support Programs, Specialty Pharmacy strategy, and Reimbursement Policy teams. Being a part of an organization that is a pioneer in Biosimilars, and working on the first Biosimilar launched in the U.S., I am leading efforts to shape the market landscape. The Biosimilar marketplace brings about new and unique challenges, which allows me a unique experience to lead innovation to make access to therapy easier for more patients. I also work on complex generics, 505(b)(2) products, and late stage products (LOE) products that inherently require new answers to old challenges.

Consultant to Pharma & Biotech manufacturers in new product planning and improvements to in market products. Specific projects included launch planning, strategic pricing, marketing & sales planning, patient journey mapping and support program design, distribution strategy, and brand strategy. Highlights Include:Launched manufacturer owned Patient Support Program consisting of reimbursement hub, clinical support, and specialty pharmacy management. Transitioned the program from external vendor, and brought in-house for increased control and improved patient/prescriber experience. Launched two new hematology products with a manufacturer, while redesigning the Patient Support Program offering across the business unit for in market products. Brought products from open to limited distribution, and designed a registry for a limited supply scenario.

Lead operations of manufacturer programs for top-tier Pharma & Biotech companiesConsulted with Pharma & Biotech manufacturers across all stages of product lifecycle, with an emphasis in pre-launch planning. Areas of consultation included launch planning, market access and reimbursement policy, marketing and sales strategy, patient journey mapping and related support programs, and distribution strategy. Highlights Include:Designed, launched, and lead more then 40 manufacturer programs including reimbursement hubs, clinical support programs, REMS and ETASU administration, patient assistance programs (PAP), Specialty Pharmacy, and Specialty Distribution. Sat on Express Scripts - Medco merger work group as Healthbridge/UBC patient services work stream lead. Participated in Express Scripts Executive Training Program

Managed the financial unit (claims) for Jurisdiction 10, including Mississippi.Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Medicare A & B claims, including Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), ESRD, HPSA, overpayments, and bundling. Highlights Include:Served as lead on transition to HIGLAS accounting system for Medicare claims. Led work group to transition claims?prescribers from legacy system to HIGLAS in conjunction with CMS.Served as lead to transition to ICD-10 and HIPAA 5010Sat on multiple advisory panels with CMS on proposed policy changes
