I am passionate about helping bring out the best in people around me. As a teacher, I have been working with students in the classroom and online for the past 7 years, I have been teaching throughout Dallas and China, and nothing is better to me than to see people's lives improved through understanding. I began working in construction to put myself through college. I graduated without debt and continued on until I was managing projects throughout Dallas. In 2015 I decided to jump into teaching. It has been incredibly rewarding working with students and educators for the past 7 years. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping people to reach their potential. Teaching is not a checklist of items for me, but guidance and inspiration in the right direction. I have always maintained high numbers of student success from test scores to student credit completion. From Project Manager to teaching and Classroom Management, I have always been able to help people bring out the best in themselves. Improving the people around me always translates into a better working environment and results for everyone.
