I have most recently served as the Director of Institutional Research and Predictive Analytics at Park University. I completed my undergraduate studies in business/marketing and education at Northwest Missouri State University and received an M.S.Ed in Instructional Technology in 2004. Upon completing my course work I was immediately hired as the Director of Assessment also at Northwest Missouri State while still retaining an oversight position on the University Web Team. While serving in that Director role I was looked to as a statewide consultant by over a dozen higher education institutions as an expert in academic assessment, strategic planning and state and national accreditation requirements. I then began my employment at Park University in 2006 as an accreditation consultant with the School for Education. I was hired on shortly after in a full time role and have since filled a variety of positions at Park University including: Assistant Director of Institutional Research and Assessment, Technical Director of Academic Effectiveness, Interim Director of the Office of Assessment and Director of Institutional Research and Predictive Analytics. I have also established myself as a recognized leader at Park University by being chosen to serve on numerous institutional decision making committees, selected by the President as a facilitator during the recent Park University Strategic Planning Process and elected by my peers to serve as President of the Staff Advisory Council representing 1,800+ staff on over 40 campuses.
