Responsible for all creative and production of graphic design materials, including print and digital, required to support the company's internal, external and social media channels. Create high impact designs to help build Follett's reputation among stakeholders, including associates, customers, communities and family shareholders.- Collaborates with Content Creation Team to develop and deliver effective storytelling graphics- Engages with and supports internal, external and social teams to provide consistent look and feel, standards and leverage messaging and assets across channels- Translates communications plan objectives into purposeful design that drives reputation- Ensures deliverables meet design requirements by executing assigned projects on time and with the highest quality possible- Project planning from project to delivery, including quality assurance for all creative work- Delegates and collaborates with other designers, developers and partners within the organization- Coordinates the use of outside vendors for specialty or overflow assignments as necessary- Oversees the company's digital asset management platform- Video pre and post production for internal and external communications- Works closely with the Social Team to provide daily graphics support to key social channels- Coordinates CMS content and graphics development for internal and external web and email channels- Updates daily Follett TV internal facility video/signage channel
