Since starting in the industry in 2004, Chad has helped professionals working in financial services at all levels develop marketing and sales concepts to support them in growing their businesses and independent practices. As a Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer for Divergent Advisors, Chad is responsible for developing and taking to market all the major initiatives focused on top-line growth in addition to programs and platforms for financial professional use. Taking to heart Albert Einstein’s words, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough,” Chad’s goal is to help break processes and concepts down into a format you’re comfortable with. Doing this, in turn, allows you to better utilize them with clients and prospects. In his previous company, he was responsible for developing and implementing some of their most ambitious projects, including various consumer-facing platforms and financial professional training programs. Additionally, he spent almost 10 years with a major life insurance carrier, working his way up through various sales, training, and management positions. Chad holds Series 6, 26, and 63 securities registrations (currently inactive) and is also life and health insurance licensed. Chad earned a BS degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and currently is an academy soccer coach with Georgia Impact, developing some of the youngest aspiring players in the club and working to build their WPSL Program, the highest level of amateur soccer in the United States.
