Advised the Secretary of the Air Force and Chief of Staff of the Air Force on the $1.7T F-35 program. Enabled timely strategic decisions on F-35 and Combat Air Forces force structure. Engaged Headquarters Air Force, Major Commands, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and F-35 Joint Program Office to advance Air Force priorities and system capabilities. Coordinated Program Objective Memorandum inputs and acquisition, training, basing decisions to ensure Air Force readiness and Joint airpower needs were met.

Principal military advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Logistics and Product Support) on Global Power Programs. Developed strategy, policy, and guidance. Served as primary interface to Congress, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the other military Services. Guided logistics and product support development for weapon systems acquisition strategy and programmatic documentation. Responsible for enterprise oversight of over two thousand fighter, bomber, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, and weapons programs valued at over $400B. F-35 Subject Matter Expert.

Integrated requirements into $551M multi-service/multi-national F-35 Initial Operational Test and Evaluation to provide combat capabilities on $379B acquisition program. Collaborated with F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Air Staff, Department of the Navy, Air Combat Command, Lockheed-Martin, and Joint Strike Fighter Operational Test Team to resolve General Officer-level operational test issues for the warfighter. Coordinated directly with users, developers, test agencies and F-35 Joint Program Office to reduce operational testing risks and program deficiencies. Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Commander's representative for National Capital Region. Facilitated senior leadership engagements and disseminated program decisions.

Led joint team in execution of Office of the Defense Representative-Pakistan's (ODR-P) exercises, engagements, and training program with Pakistan Military. Executed the President of the United States' Pakistan security assistance suspension. Briefed Pakistan Military on impact of 22 events and 60 courses worth $2.7M being suspended until further notice. Executed world's largest international training program at $4.7M per year. Vetted 800 Pakistani personnel for 855 US visas to train over 320 students. Led ODRP's Pakistan and United States Visa reciprocity. Relayed the United States Government position to Pakistan Military personnel through Pakistan's Joint Staff Headquarters. Pakistan visa coordination times were reduced by 50%.

Led 25 multi-service/multi-national personnel through planning, execution and reporting on F-35 suitability operational test and evaluation. Integrated detailed requirements of $552M test employing $2.1B in test aircraft into a 7-year, 21,000 sortie test plan. Planned and executed F-35 Operational Test and Evaluation with joint team of US Air Force, US Navy, US Marine Corps, Royal Air Force, Royal Australian Air Force, and Royal Netherlands Air Force personnel on $299B multi-national acquisition program. Coordinated operational testing with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, USAF Air Staff, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, Major Commands, Department of the Navy, the Royal Air Force's Air Warfare Centre, and the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

Advised Afghan Ministry of Defense General Staff General Officers on strategic use of airpower & development of robust Afghan Air Force. Mentored Ministry of Defense officers on Command and Control doctrine to ensure effective use of 58 Mi-17s, 6 Mi-35s, 26 C-208s, and 2 C-130H aircraft. Trained Afghan strategic air planners on aircraft use to support over 350K Afghan National Security Forces members. NATO Air Training Command-Afghanistan Convoy Commander/Master Driver trained and qualified new drivers & Truck Commanders to be Convoy Commanders on Kabul streets.

Provided logistics leadership for 120-member test unit at three sites. Detachment 5 Suitability Working Group chair and Mobility Test Division's logistics lead. Managed daily maintenance activities for 26 aircraft systems on Office of the Secretary of Defense oversight, with over $67M Operational Test budget and $113B acquisition costs. Guided suitability test planning execution efforts for AWACS, B-1, B-2, B-52, HC/MC-130J, KC-46, MQ-9, RQ-4. Planned, executed, and reported Operational Test and Evaluation results to senior Air Force and Department of Defense leaders to inform major aircraft acquisition decisions.
