Actively identify, recruit and assist businesses in locating to downtown York, PA. Research and compile trade area demographic information to market downtown York to prospective businesses, and assist those businesses in understanding the City permitting and inspections process. In addition, compile data on available properties and vacancies as well as information related to growing businesses in York’s Central Business District.

Manage the annual United Way workplace campaign through the development and implementation of strategies designed to maximize fund raising results.Oversee the planning and implementation of the volunteer training program for campaign volunteers, and cultivation activities for new accounts in order to broaden the base of giving.

Provide staff leadership and direction to ensure fundraising results, serve as year-round liaison with chief executives and campaign coordinators, gather background information, analyze campaign history and develop strategies to maximize the fundraising results of assigned accounts, strengthen individual relationships with current and prospective contributors.
