My name is Chad Bartman I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2016 majored in Supply Chain/Operations Management. I am currently employed at Gardan Manufacturing Inc. as a Purchasing Analysts. Previously I was employed at Lindquist Machine Corporation as the Procurement Leader. My first job out of college I was employed at Power Packaging as a Production Supervisor. During college I worked at the Black Otter Supper Club as a bartender and was employed at Mow, Blow and Go while being a full time student. School was my top priority while managing two part time jobs. Managing two jobs while being a full time student shows that I am while organized and dedicated to my task at hand. Through working as a bartender I developed desirable people skills and able to communicate with a wide variety customer base and the ability to work at a fast paced environment. While working at Mow, Blow and Go I showed the ability to make tight deadlines and working long odd shifts (snowplowing) while delivering the quality customers expect. I belong to the Northport Snowriders Snowmobile Club where each year I volunteer with marking and maintain snowmobile trails and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Snowmobile Safety Class where I help teach and demonstrate safety when it comes to snowmobiling. As a freshmen in high school I was one of five students to go to the school board with an idea to create a snowmobile club at school. We spoke to land owners to receive permission to use their land to create a maintained trail and set up a designated parking area at school.
