Prior to MedPartners, Chad worked for Aetna Healthcare in a variety of sales management and network management roles. During his tenure, the plan tripled its membership and doubled the number of participating providers in Aetna’s Chicago network. Prior to coming to Chicago, Chad was the General Manager of Aetna’s Minneapolis market where has was responsible for all sales and customer management activities. He led the overall corporate initiative in developing a new product/service offering for middle market customers as part of a larger managed care strategy for the organization.
