· Coordinate and execute scheduling activities for assigned part numbers using advanced planning system.· Assure that the shop has the necessary materials, configuration records, manpower, and tooling to meet required manufacturing / production levels.· Coordinate input on material shortages, farm out, and delivery of hardware.· Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements.· Monitor implementation of corrective action plans.· Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedules.· Monitor supply and demand misalignment using advanced planning system, and collaborate with manufacturing sources to implement corrective action plans.· Act as a focal point and monitor assigned areas to ensure hardware and subassemblies’ delivery dates meet production needs.· Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and shop capacity.· Work with shop management to develop hardware delivery commitments.· Assure timely shipments to all customers and prepare and implement work orders and plans as required.· Interface with demand management, shop scheduling, fulfillment team, configuration control, supply sources, customer service reps and other GE organizations as required.· Maintain accurate trace ability for all records created during manufacturing of products and ICR transfers.· Analyze and measure the current production status and identify problem areas that inhibit full schedule realization.· Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs.· Be highly proficient in all aspects of Oracle.

•Tested all electrical and mechanical systems on a locomotive and locomotive sub-assemblies including but not limited to complicated circuits, electrical measurements, air brake systems, diesel engines, and interactions between all systems•Diagnosed, adjusted, troubleshot and repaired all defects found during testing•Performed tests required for emissions and fuel consumption or other engineering testing for all types of locomotives•Conducted track testing of all types of locomotives and be expected to follow all rules pertaining to the operation of a locomotive•Calculated and recorded data; data may have to be compiled into test reports for record keeping•Used material transport devices including but not limited to radio controlled cranes, forklifts and tuggers•Worked with various engineering departments and outside vendors•Conducted auditing of all phases of production to verify conformity to all mechanical and electrical standards •All tests may have set ups and special instrumentation required to determine parts performance and systems characteristics

•Advised executive military and civilian personnel on current and future electronic maintenance requirements for Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems being developed for use in the United States Marine Corps. •Monitored the procurement, testing and delivery of 15 mobile ATC Radar systems to the operating forces valued at over 25 million dollars each resulting in the program maintaining its production schedule and staying within its budgetary constraints. •Advised and trained government product teams on aviation maintenance standards to ensure a high degree of reliability on all products being delivered to military personnel. •Served as a key member of multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).•Recognized and awarded for leading an aggressive delivery schedule in fiscal year 2011 that allowed for the delivery of 3 additional ATC Radar systems to the military and resulted in a savings of 40 thousand dollars in logistics improvements.

•Managed 105 employees to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and all other aspects of employee quality of life issues to maximize performance of the organization. •Directed five mangers who supervise 80 technicians performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on multiple electronic systems resulting in an equipment readiness of 99% over a two year period. •Managed an annual maintenance and operational budget in excess of $400,000.00 ensuring compliance with budget policies and accurate accounting records that resulted in zero discrepancies over multiple inspections and audits.•Conducted daily audits and updated multiple data bases and spreadsheets to ensure timely and accurate reporting of maintenance actions and man power reports.

•Assists the commander as a Senior Enlisted Marine in the unit. Acts as principal enlisted assistant to the commander. Keeps apprised of all policies of the commander. Disseminates information to the unit's enlisted personnel regarding such policies. Reports to the commander on the status of matters pertaining to the efficient operation of the command. Counsels’ subordinate unit Noncommissioned Officers as required to improve the general effectiveness of the command. Interviews and counsels enlisted personnel on pertinent professional and personal matters that may affect the efficiency of the command. Assists the commander in the conduct of office hours, requests mast, and meritorious mast. Participates in ceremonies, briefings, confer commander. Assists in supervision of clerical and administrative matters; training functions and the employment of the command in garrison and in the field; logistic functions such as billeting, transportation, and messing; inspections and investigations; personnel management; and daily routine. Assumes other duties designated by the commander.

•Air traffic control systems maintenance chiefs supervise, coordinate, and instruct enlisted personnel in the performance of air traffic control maintenance functions. Provide information concerning the capabilities, limitations, and reliability of air traffic control systems and equipment. Instruct operation and maintenance of air traffic control systems. Perform staff support duties in formulating and implementing maintenance and supply plans, provisioning air traffic control systems, and preparing publications and training materials. Supervises surveying, siting, installation, modification, and maintenance tasks. Supervise air traffic control maintenance personnel. Interpreted and explained human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

•Air traffic control communications technicians survey, site, and install communications systems. Make periodic inspections and perform preventive maintenance. Load operational software, tune, adjust, and align systems for operation. Diagnose and isolate malfunction to the fault, remove and replace the fault; and verify that the malfunction has been corrected. Participate in and provide technical assistance during system flight and inspections. Assist in maintaining the maintenance technical library. Assist in maintaining accountability of all parts of the system including software, spare parts, and in storage or shipment. Train subordinates or less qualified personnel. Maintain necessary records of maintenance and compile data for report.
