I am almost a Full Sail Web Design & Development program graduate. Currently, I work in the retail industry but plan to transition over into the field of my degree. Once I graduate I will have 2+ years of experience in web design and a drive to continue to learn and improve myself. I will utilize all the skills I have gained not only through school but previous jobs as well in order to be the best I can be wherever I go in my career.At my current job teamwork is a must or else the whole ship starts sinking. Being in retail I must also be quick to adapt to any situation. I value hard work and that work being recognized. I have networked in my job quite a bit, although I am only now starting to network outside of it, something I wish I had started sooner. Another soft skill I have developed extensively at my current job is that of being a listener and problem solver/mediator. This has led to many return customers coming to the store when I am there. I am also always willing to learn, especially if it makes things easier and simpler. The more efficient yet well-done something can get the better.
