Creative and experience team lead, heading up a team of designers and copywriters. Responsible for maintaining, streamlining and overseeing all creative activities and processes, and also heading up all User and Customer Experience activities across the business.

In-house UX Specialist, responsible for internal UX. Worked closely with product teams to improve UX of client facing systems. And also worked closely with the marketing department to ensure brand guidelines were maintained across the organisation and its systems.

Facilitated the technical development aspects behind the Microsoft Extended Skills Academy, and oversaw marketing and marketing material related developments for this program. Also facilitated contact between graduates and Microsoft Partners/Customers within the Western Cape Region.
