• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for large construction projects from preconstruction to financial closeout • Develop working relationships with clients, contractors/ subcontractors, and teammates• Manage project change orders and change order log including subcontractor change orders• Track project constraints and communicate efficient resolution techniques• Estimate resources/ manpower and allocate in accordance with budgets• Work with construction superintendents to coordinate subcontractor work and QA/QC program• Perform material management, purchase approvals, and budgeting• Represent the company at all contractor meetings• Serve as an Energy Marshal and communicate site safety information • Perform contract proposal writing and proposal estimation• Major Projects include:- NHA Building 3- $16M- NHA Building 5- $15M- NHA Building 6- $15M- MCA Building 1- $14.5M- MCA Building 2- $14.5M

• Perform oversight of all construction and manage QA/QC program• Assure that all schedule and budget constraints are achieved• Verify that all design and client deliverables are satisfied• Perform contract proposal writing• Perform labor and material cost budgeting• Establish relationships and work with government officials and industry partners

• Serve as Lead Structural Inspector to ensure quality standards and structural integrity on major projects, including:- North Alabama Medical Center – cost: $145M- North Alabama Medical Office Building – cost: $14M- Florence Middle School – cost: 34.6M - University of North AL College of Nursing – cost: $18.9M- Bellamy Apartment Complex – cost: $18M • Schedule, manage, and inspect all project phases from plans submittal to cert. of occupancy issuance• Establish relationships with contractors, engineers, business community, and government officials • Maintain extensive knowledge of all International Code Council sections• Serve as recording secretary for city’s Board of Zoning Adjustment • Represent city’s building department in legal proceedings and planning commission meetings • Enforce zoning ordinances, including sign and landscape ordinance

• Develop community relationships to enhance ordinance conformity• Maintain knowledge and enforce all city zoning regulations• Review and issue all municipal sign permits • Inspect properties and enforce City of Florence Municipal Code • Represent city’s building department in legal proceedings and city planning commission meetings• Serve as recording secretary for city Board of Zoning Adjustment

• Develop topographic survey for Florence River Walk, as well as Tennessee Street and Mobile Street sidewalk and paving upgrade• Perform topographic, boundary, elevation, as built, and stakeout surveys for further engineering design • Communicate with local and state officials to ensure job accuracy• Gather and record property data for AutoCAD drawings • Implement techniques to enhance time estimation / scheduling • Perform inspections upon job completion
