I have several years’ experience in the customer service field and have been taking care of the elderly and sick or ill/injured for over two years. During my time of employment, I teamed up with fellow colleagues to effectively treat, and rehabilitate the patients whom entered our facility, and resolved any need or want which the patients requested, no matter how small. With my fellow CNAs, we worked as a team to reposition, and transfer, and bathe patients, to prevent them from developing bedsores and infections. I believe that the patience which I honed while working as a caretaker will greatly assist me as a nursing graduate and can assure that these skills will lead to very rational, and well-thought out decisions in terms of leadership and client care.
