I opened Blaster Tag shortly after graduating from BYU. It's a Nerf arena similar to laser tag. I control all the marketing, including strategic planning, controlling the message, managing social media marketing campaigns, sending out email blasts, and creating collateral material.I manage the employees, do all the hiring/firing and control all the marketing. In the year and a half we've been open, I grew the Facebook following from zero to almost 2,000, Instagram from zero to almost 800, and have a popular Snap Chat account.

Provo, Utah Area

Responsible for organizing and running events for up to 1,300 attendees for 6 days at a time.Booked venues, hotels, speakers and hired staff for hundreds of events. Worked with caterers and other outside vendors. Set up and troubleshooted all A/V. Ran A/V for several presenters and events. In charge of making sure the event happened and was run smoothly. Emceed all major events. Presented workshops for attendees. Managed up to 150 employees at a time including their hiring and discipline. Ran all the audio/visual for these events. Involved in creating curriculum and events for the program.
