I managed the beginning life cycle of a mobile outdoor audio/visual display and electronic sign network.Saved the company over 250,000 dollars by driving the design and materials cost down below the market rate by using aggressive negotiation strategies and by contributing much of the operational analysis, mechanical engineering and by performing all testing procedures myself. Prospected, qualified and closed over half of the sponsorship deals and was the first to land a contract that generated the most revenue and highest profit margin in the company.• Researched, evaluated, and selected a qualified engineering firm to develop a prototype visual display system based on detailed technical specifications and design criteria. • Working with offshore engineers, defined all software requirements and created a statement of work so the engineers could begin writing a software program that would control the display screen, manage network traffic and simplify the video content scheduling process.• Consistently met critical milestones and exceeded all expectations in respect to time, cost, and quality.• Performed all alpha and beta testing in a controlled and in an outdoor testing environment and was selected as the only authority to approve all test results and quality control measures.• Created all SOP manuals and provided business advice and technical know-how to the executive staff and field technicians.• Single handedly arranged all digital sign placement at all public locations and negotiated service agreements with each of the event organizers.• Produced and authored DVDs used for sales collateral which we distributed to our guests at industry trade events or delivered to prospects during one of my precisely targeted direct mail campaigns. • Produced video ads that and scheduled within the electronic display routine which played during public events.
