Serve as the Wealth Solutions point of contact for Member Firms advisors and staff to receive general and specific inquiries and deliver an above-and-beyond customer experience. Employ critical thinking and open-ended questions to identify the underlying goal of incoming requests. Advocate for Member Firms with a focus on improving the advisor experience and creatively identify solutions for unique scenarios. Draw from experiences to identify opportunities and areas of service improvement across Wealth Solutions and M Financial Group. Collaborate with other business units to create tools, resources, and training material based on these interactions. Understand the needs of M Member Firms and help them in serving their clients and growing their firms. Serve as the team subject matter expert for account opening and serving requests relating to M securities and custodian processes and requirements. Coordinate with the Client Operations and Investment Operations teams, as well as other Wealth Solutions team members and our custodian partners. Collaborate with team members and other Wealth Solutions teams to identify and recommend improvements to operational processes and systems.
