Schedulicity is the leading online scheduling solution for small businesses. More than 7.5 million appointments have been booked to date with an appointment being booked every four seconds. I work with the development team, product manager, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure advancement of the Schedulicity application and marketing website while maintaining performance and quality.

At EdgeInova (now Schedulicity) I worked closely with the company CTO/President and other team members to design and implement a complete online scheduling, point of sale, inventory management, and email marketing system. The majority of the system was web-based, but a windows wrapper application allowed communication with local devices such as barcode scanners, cash drawers, receipt printers, and tanning bed controllers.

Burton Group (acquired by Gartner) was an analyst and consulting firm. I worked closely with the VP of IT to develop a content management system for delivery to Burton Group license holders. Other responsibilities included Salesforce.com administration, MS SQL Server management, and managing two teams (development and production departments).

At Crossland Mortgage (acquired by Wells Fargo), I worked with Secondary Marketing, Accounting, and Documentation departments to write applications for tracking loan information, disbursements, and legal documents. This included specification gathering, database design, and application development for several projects.
