• Designed and deployed new tools, a new UI, and new ways to interface with the users of the toolkit.
• Worked with network engineers to design automation tools to suit their needs.

• Tasked with interfacing with local IT groups across the University campus, working on trouble tickets in ServiceNow, and maintaining the working order of the network.
• First point of contact for most issues, and determined whether it could be handled by myself, or where the issue should be routed.
• Took on the responsibility of training multiple new peers in this role.
