Designed and/or project managed communications projects including Annual Reports/Factbooks, policy briefs, PDF board book layout. Built and scaled the acclaimed “Student Aid All Star” profile cards with effective electronic data collection and InDesign merges. Web content management, maintenance and migration from legacy HTML to Wordpress. Collected, integrated, analyzed and visualized data administered four annual surveys with ten member colleges, including one with sensitive record level data.Optimized and centralized organizational processes by using common tools and techniques: trained staff in using Word styles and revision tools, Excel data table structures for easier analysis. Adopted online survey and form tools for collecting applications and other qualitative data. Led hardware and software acquisition for organization with 30%+ reduction in annual/recurring costs through strategic planning, nonprofit discounts, and migration to Office 365. Collaborated frequently with director-level and other staff in admissions, institutional research, marketing-communications, and IT department at member colleges. Worked closely with external agencies and researchers for data requests and data sharing agreements. Sector representative on workgroups with the Joint Transfer Council (articulation), Washington Council for High School-College Relations, and Washington Student Achievement Council.

Bootstrapped profitable "side hustle" (before it was a common term) by importing classic men's products and reselling on Amazon and local brick and mortar through 2011, and as affiliates business through 2016.
