Oversee the overall planning and S&OP capability (forecasting and inventory) requirements process for Cox in a central distribution environment. Partner with all channels to develop, design and implement rigorous processes and activities for the forecasting, planning and analysis of products and materials. 20+ years of Aviation Logistics/Supply chain experience at various levels with increasing levels of responsibility. --Developed and implemented supply chain support for the first MV-22 Osprey squadron of 10 aircraft into an austere environment. Included development of supply support spares for in theater support as well as retrograde and repair of major components. Squadron successfully completed tour and returned after 8 months in theater. --Developed plan for a simultaneous stand up of an Aviation Logistics unit in Afghanistan while executing a retrograde of an Aviation Logistics unit out of Iraq. This included maintaining operational support of aviation units in both locations. --Developed a training curriculum for Marine Corps Contracting Officers and Specialists. Curriculum reduced time to train by 14 months for Officers and increased number of trained Specialists by 200%.
