Authored and maintained system runbook for Aveksa and various systems procedures. Brought the Aveksa Compliance Manager environment up to corporate standards by improving reliability, implementing best backup practices, and ensuring a capable DR environment through scheduled DR testing. Researched any errors in the morning on boarding data feed and worked with system owners to correct malformed or incomplete data. Made modifications to the morning on boarding/off boarding data load ETL Microsoft SQL SSIS packages and C# logic and updated corresponding documentation. Developed workflows in CA’s Identity Minder Policy Xpress for business cases and advised on proper workflow design.

Migrated physical licensing servers to a VMWare ESXi platform to reduce costs and simplify administration.
