I live to write, and I write to live. Two decades into playing with words professionally, I draw equally from my journalism and marketing experience to communicate information with clarity, purpose and creativity. I write with wit, style and versatility, and in my free time I write for the sake of writing because, like a long-distance run every other day, it feels damn good.Second to writing is my passion for music. A lifelong record collector who knows one guitar chord (E minor), I've managed to build a life around sound as a writer, vinyl-only DJ and music retail marketer. I am cofounder of the Vinyl Preservation Society, an independent social organization with active chapters in Boise, Dallas and Tucson. I am a longtime member of the Treefort Music Fest Artist Committee.I value the written word and I value holding it in my hand, too.
