Supervision and support for 7 Superintendents and Project Managers, constructing 5 hotels local IHG hotel developments, 1 High School and 1 Medical plaza. I am charged with supporting the daily needs of our staff, quality control, bidding, change orders, supplies, equipment, schedule and weekly meetings with architects and owners on all projects listed.

Conducted routine quality audits to ensure that work was progressing per the specifications and initiated corrective actions. Oversaw the entire building turnover process, while enhancing communication between all construction management. Conducted weekly production and operations contractor meetings, which facilitated stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues.

Managed the development and construction of 300 lots and homes in Lake in the Hills, houses ranging from $600,000.00 to over 1 million. Successfully expedited other small residential, commercial, and 13 assisted living facilities.
