• Reviewed and managed creative concepts for production through Teams in Excel on over 1000's of SKUs.

• In this position, I have created concept renderings, graphic designs, branding, style guides, logos/icons, color mock-ups, and photo retouching to meet client needs. I was involved in the establishment of partnerships.
• Recruited, mentored, and managed new graphic designers to drive production graphics.
• Arranged effective training and development programs for employees to boost knowledge and performance.
• Developed satellite design office Seoul, Korea within three months to service large retail chain with photography studio, cutting table, and graphics.

As a concept designer, I created concept renderings, graphic designs, branding, style guides, logos/icons, color mock-ups, and photo retouching to meet client needs. I also worked at a plant level taking creative concepts and turning them into print production samples while managing spot color concerns, banding, color trapping, plates and alignments.

Met with salespeople and clients to design illustrative concepts that would transfer information from upper management to employees. Often sketched in meeting concepts with clients and then would finalize it in illustrator and photoshop.
