In my current role at FPD, I am involved in the development and management of Photoshop retouching models for underwear packaging. I also design concept packaging and sleepwear clothing concept designs. In my previous role as a Senior Graphic Designer, I have evaluated and updated newly acquired product packaging according to existing style guide.Key Contribution:• Reviewed and managed creative concepts for production through Teams in Excel on over 1000's of SKUs.

In this position, I have created concept renderings, graphic designs, branding, style guides, logos/icons, color mock-ups, and photo retouching to meet client needs. I was involved in the establishment of partnerships with companies, such as Best Buy, Underarmour, Polo, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Smartwool. I also communicated with clients and China for all prepress production art and generated POP displays, in-store signage, and 3D renderings. I was responsible for providing creative graphic designing services to SML and Hanes Brand. I have spearheaded overflow projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion on-time and within budget.Key accomplishments in this role are:• Recruited, mentored, and managed new graphic designers to drive production graphics.• Arranged effective training and development programs for employees to boost knowledge and performance.• Developed satellite design office Seoul, Korea within three months to service large retail chain with photography studio, cutting table, and graphics.• Analyzed requirements and recruited junior graphic designers to meet ongoing demands.

As a concept designer, I created concept renderings, graphic designs, branding, style guides, logos/icons, color mock-ups, and photo retouching to meet client needs. I also worked at a plant level taking creative concepts and turning them into print production samples while managing spot color concerns, banding, color trapping, plates and alignments.

Met with salespeople and clients to design illustrative concepts that would transfer information from upper management to employees. Often sketched in meeting concepts with clients and then would finalize it in illustrator and photoshop.
