Co-Creator, Co-Author & Architect Of Drawdown Solutions Framework
San Francisco, Ca, Us
Some of my colleagues and community call me "The OG of Project Drawdown". I kinda like that. I helped create Project Drawdown alongside the amazing Amanda Joy Ravenhill and our editor Paul Hawken back in 2014. I am a co-author of the book (wait for it), and the lead researcher and Architect of the Drawdown Solutions Framework, which is the engine behind the New York Times best-seller "Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming" (there it is!), the "Drawdown Review" (February, 2020), and all communications and engagement efforts at Project Drawdown, a leading resource for climate solutions. With my team, I designed integrated global tools to assess the world’s most effective climate solutions and determine if, when, and how the world can reach “drawdown,” the point in time when the concentration of atmospheric greenhouse gases begins to decline on a year-to-year basis. I created the Drawdown Fellowship, a unique international training and research program designed to enable the next generation of climate leaders while amassing the world's knowledge on real, quantifiable climate solutions. I recruited, trained, supervised, and learned from over 100 people across generations, continents and identities to form the Drawdown Solutions team from 2014-2022. I speak a lot to diverse audiences with over 300+ talks. Reach out to chadfrischmann.com to find a time when I can speak to you.
