• Lead major IT projects such as large-scale software-as-a-service implementations, large equipment rollouts, complex delivery logistics, vendor negotiations, ERP, CRM, and SIS database integrations, and training/support programs• Work closely with CIO on matters of strategic IT direction• Business analysis and business process review for internal clients to design digital solutions to business workflow problems including documentation, planning, and coordination• Develop and manage IT governance and project management practices for campus-wide Technology Steering Committee• Research, negotiate, purchase, and administer software applications and systems for entire institution, and directly oversee annual software budget• Consult with Office of the General Counsel to analyze and negotiate Master Service Agreements, End-User License Agreements, and other contracts• Negotiate and develop business relationships with IT vendors, including software license contracts, software-as-a-service agreements, and large-scale hardware and software purchases (e.g. Adobe, Apple, Microsoft, Salesforce, Canon, etc.)• Product owner for Salesforce CRM implementation, including rollout of Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and other products, integrations and application development projects• Design and implementation of IT asset management, IT case management (ITSM), and student recruiting platforms (CRM)• Work with President’s Office, Provost’s Office, Deans’ Office, VP of Finance, General Counsel’s Office, and other VPs and Executive Directors
