• During this time I held the following positions related to Digital Output Services: Associate Director – Digital Output Technologies (7/2006 – 8/2007); Assistant Director – Digital Output Technologies (9/2004 – 6/2006); Senior Service Bureau Technician (8/2003 – 8/2004)• Researched, negotiated, and implemented business relationships with digital output equipment vendors, including software licensing contracts, equipment leases, electronics recycling, training, consulting, etc.• Managed operation of the SAIC Service Bureau, Advanced Output Center, and campus-wide photocopier and inkjet printer fleet with direct oversight of $600,000 annual budget and six staffResearched and purchased 2D/3D digital output and photocopy-related hardware and software; integrated new technologies into existing services and curriculum• Worked with Operations and Design & Construction departments to plan a variety of new facilities, including reviewing floor plans, construction timelines, mechanical/technical requirements, safety compliance, electrical and networking provisions, etc.• Monitored and tracked charges associated with output services for departments, faculty, staff, alumni, and students; saw year-over-year profit increases exceeding 10% annually
