Flight Centre Travel Group (ASX: FLT) is a $20B global portfolio of travel brands. The portfolio is divided by leisure (b2c) and corporate travel (b2b) offerings. I have taken on large responsibilities in executive leadership roles across both leisure direct-to-consumer as well as corporate travel. Promotions and roles included CMO, Americas, SVP Marketing, Northern Hemisphere, and Global SVP Digital. While managing key business functions and P&Ls for Flight Centre, we navigated a very difficult Covid period for our industry as we successfully restructured, redefined and re-launched our businesses regularly to survive and thrive. Managing global teams of 25-100 employees in my roles was incredibly rewarding and I am so proud of those relationships and what we all achieved together! We were a team of do-ers who rolled up our sleeves in every area imaginable: analytics, web design, email automation, BI, paid media, social media, SEO, web dev, branding, campaign management, reporting frameworks, product launches, salestech, martech, thought leadership, budgeting, privacy, security, legal...what a fun ride it’s been. Perhaps the rewards and recognition programs we created along with the training programs and amazing cultural enhancements we made are what makes me most proud.
