(Mondium + Decus Engineering) - GreenbushesGreenbushes mining has three processing plants, one producing technical grade lithium concentrates and two producing chemical grade lithium concentrate. Ore containing Li2O is fed into the processing plants which upgrade the lithium mineral, using gravity, heavy media, flotation, and magnetic processes, into a range of lithium concentrates for bulk and bagged shipments. I managed the mechanical maintenance, planning, reliability, engineering improvements and shutdown maintenance of the site; I ensured mechanical issues were rectified and all mechanical maintenance functions were conducted in line with Australian Standards. I completed Job Safety Analysis; implemented quality control techniques (QC Control), and completed pipe fabrication; steel fabrications, and erections of conveyors and transfer stations.Additional duties included:• Reporting on job progress to management and Client• Constantly studying the workflow and practices of the labour force, identifying areas where changes or implementation of new techniques or procedures will be of benefit • Providing positive motivation to all team members within the labour force section so as to ensure an ongoing positive work environment at all times
