The project involved study of consumers’ needs with respect to Auto LPG and how Shell Gas as an organization could fulfill those requirements in line with its operating procedures. Financial implications of multiple strategies under study were also chalked out to arrive at final recommendations at the end of the project. This study was one of the firsts at Shell Gas to understand a new emerging segment of the market.
