Motorsport Australia is the governing body of motorsport in Australia and is recognised as the national sporting authority by the FIA. I oversee the development and execution of strategic programs aimed at fostering increased participation and engagement in motorsport nationwide. Noteworthy initiatives under my leadership include FIA Girls on Track, First Gear, FIA Rally Star, and Ferrari Driver Academy. Highlights of my contributions include: • Significantly expanding our events portfolio; for example, the Girls on Track program grew from 5 events in 2018 to 20 events in 2023. • Achieving a 483% increase in participation in the Girls on Track program and consistently reaching full capacity for First Gear events nationwide. • Pioneering a comprehensive four-phased approach within the Girls on Track program, catering to girl’s motorsport and automotive aspirations from ages 8 to 22.• Establishing and overseeing a mentoring program, facilitating one-on-one guidance and support for girls attending out events.• Orchestrating the ‘Career Development and Mentoring’ event at the F1 AGP, in collaboration with the Stake F1 Team. • Establishing a series of webinars featuring industry professionals to offer insights, guidance, and networking opportunities. • Launching a Facebook community page to foster camaraderie and support among aspirating female motorsport enthusiasts.• Expanding our dedicated team of women nationwide from 8 to 35 members. • Securing corporate sponsorships and government funding to grow events portfolio and improve experiences.• Improving conversion rates from our driving day program into clubland competition. • Notably, participants from the Girls on Track program secured roles in prominent organisations such as Speedcafe, Ducati, Michelin, Porsche Cars Australia, Australian Grand Prix Corporation, and Triple Eight Race Engineering.

In my role I solely manage the Tasmanian state office. I have direct interaction and engagement with various stakeholders including clubs, participants (or competitors), state councils, panels, volunteers (or officials), local schools, facilities, and the government to ensure the holistic growth and development of the sport within the state. Key achievements include:• Developed operational plans • Secured grant funding, submitted progress reports, and fulfilled requirements• Received funding to host FIA's Girls on Track program for the first time in Tasmania• Managed the Motorsport Expo• Successfully delivered the Annual State Awards Dinner

As the Head of Clothing and Merchandise I am responsible for the procurement, stock management and sales of clothing, apparel, merchandise sold by the club.

Highly customised sport events, leagues and brand activations for brands, corporates, governments and sporting councils in the MENA region. My experience in the capacity of an Events and Account Manager at DUPLAYS ranged from managing the project/event lifecycle of a 50-person team-building event to running a 1,500-person National Sports Day festival (coordinating the activities of 30+ sport providers, recruiting and training 100+ staff members to assist in execution). I managed a portfolio of 11 clients; including, sporting councils (such as Abu Dhabi Sporting Council), multinationals (such as Ogilvy and Volvo), government agencies (such as Roads & Transport Authority) and local blue chip companies (such as Al-Futtaim).

We found the venues, hired the referees, created the teams and schedules and partnered with sponsors to provide various sporting leagues each night. In my role I planned, promoted and executed mens and women's leagues for multiple sports including Volleyball, Basketball and Netball. I also solely managed the operations of a unique squash product called the Gulf Leagues.

A dynamic engineering firm that was founded with the objective of providing equipment, spares and services for the generation, transmission and distribution of power and merchant exports of engineering goods. Chadha Power grew to a workforce of EPC contractors, consultants and service providers serving the power sector in areas of renovation & modernisation, generation, transmission & distribution. In my role I managed the operations of the Dubai office and liaised with the head office, Chadha Power, India to deliver power and energy projects in the Middle East and African subcontinent. I managed the tender bidding process on small to large-scale contracts. This involved negotiating, securing, managing (resources, finances and budget), and delivering projects on time and on budget.
