Throughout my career, I have earned the unique perspective of having worked in and with just about every major industry- art, chemicals, electronics, software, construction, oil and gas, aerospace, advertising and marketing, telecommunications, and finance, to name a few. What I discovered is that my experience gives me the ability to relate to and understand a wide variety of business challenges. I can infiltrate any position in any company and come out with key learnings and "low hanging fruit" that are low-to-no cost process or system changes that ultimately allow for more revenue or happier customers. A few companies that I have worked with have taken note of this and sought me out to work as a consultant, and there you have it. Heffernan Design and Consulting was born. The design part comes from my education in Visual Communications (Graphic Design) from Auburn University, and I have continued learning 3 dimensional modeling and printing. I have become adept at taking concepts to reality for prototyping and print, leading me to create a unique niche space: taking on inventor's ideas pro bono but with a royalty agreement. For the past few years, I have envisioned, designed, and prototyped my very first patent, the Eclipse Valve. This is a very simple, inline serviceable, full bore, metal seated control valve for gases and/or fuels. It is 90 degree actuated for automation using a standard ISO 5211 mounting pad.

At BenQ, I was tasked to take on and sell a brand new line of professional displays with accompanying software to compete against some of the more established competitors in the market. This entailed targeting, onboarding, and developing net new sales and integration partners across the United States in a very short period of time. I was able to bring on 16 high quality resellers and gain mindshare against our competitors while bringing in direct large opportunity business through individual marketing and cold calling efforts.

On Services is a full-service audio visual production company. We support live event productions, association and medical meetings, conferences, trade shows, exhibits and in-house AV services.We provide video, audio, lighting, speaker services and content management, digital and interactive technology, scenic design and in-house support for clients around the world.Our expertise combined with our extensive inventory of AV technologies gives us the unique ability to serve our clients, in a variety of industries, from concept to completion.

The Shutter Valve is a patented, aerospace- inspired, revolutionary new solution to address flow problems in industrial applications. My job is to improve brand awareness and increase sales by working closely with enterprise customers and identifying and recruiting Value Added Distributors.
