I managed all 40+ workstations and 4 servers as a one-man IT department. I managed all aspects of marketing including media buys, website updates, social media, statistics, and reporting. I managed the accounting department including all of the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financials. I was in charge of every day to day accounting function and preparing the necessary reports for the CPA. I was in charge of all benefit functions for the firm. I handled the open enrollment process for all forms of medical insurance, life insurance, and retirement benefits. I was in charge of all building maintenance as well. I handled the scheduling of our maintenance contractors for the Geo-thermal system along with any and all repairs/maintenance required for the two story building. I was in charge of all management meetings between the management staff and the shareholders of the firm. I organized all agendas and meeting minutes for those meetings. I also wrote a monthly/quarterly newsletter, which was published on a SharePoint site I designed. All operational functions of the firm were under my direction during this time. In January of 2010, the firm grew too large for me to handle all of these areas. My position was reduced to manage only two departments, IT and Marketing.
