As the Broker/Owner of Chad Holland Real Estate since 2003, I sell various types of properties, including farm and ranch, hunting and recreational, residential, country and luxury homes, small businesses and commercial properties. I also provide other services such as buyer representation, broker price opinions, and property management. Since 1989, I have closed thousands of agricultural and commercial loans, including hundreds of real estate loans in 58 counties across Texas and several in Western Oklahoma. I have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of delivering results.
