• Oversee day-to-day activities plus perform testing and commissioning for MEP Systems
• Training & coaching personnel on plenty of systems, including but not limited to, HVAC systems (Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units), Building management systems (BMS), Baggage Handling system, Fire alarm.
• Draft policies and procedures, including maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation
• Examine the work and perform quality control check to maintain a high-quality finishing
• Handle any concerns or complaints professionally which contributes in building customer relations

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Evaluate complex business processes and outline the best practices for an increased performance and profit
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project leaders to have a clear insight on the progress of the work and understand the needs to fully achieve the mission set, additionally, to resolve any problems or conflicts
