With more than 15 years of work experience, I am a passionate and skilled solar specialist and civil engineer who has successfully managed and delivered multiple projects for various clients and organizations. My mission is to provide sustainable and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my stakeholders, while respecting the funds and time allocated. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, and I always strive to inspire and motivate them to achieve the best results. Currently, I am looking for new opportunities to leverage my expertise and experience in the solar industry and contribute to the development and growth of a leading organization.In my most recent role as a project manager at the Lebanese Army, I was responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and specifications to execution and completion. I led and supported a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, and ensured that the projects met the quality, safety, and environmental standards. I also prepared and managed the project budget, schedule, risk, and communication plans, and reported on the project progress and outcomes to the senior management and the clients. Some of the projects I worked on included solar systems for Oxfam, UNDP, Porsche, and Al-Mustafa schools, as well as more than 100 small projects. In addition to my project management skills, I also applied my technical skills in preparing materials, site inspection, preparing drawings, designing systems, solving problems, and upgrading systems. I also designed and installed steel structures and solar systems from A to Z.
