Additional responsibilities include mentoring, developing best practices, implementing service plans, design and development of new products and services, pricing and negotiations.As Vice President of Plus Studios, I led a team through the dynamic landscape of experiential projects, crafting strategies that propelled our creative concepts into reality on the tradeshow floor. My tenure was characterized by:-Strategic Sales Processes: Worked with our team on streamlining the sales process. Worked to streamline the Creative write up. This was achieved by creating a list of questions to review with customers that get all the data needed to perform in our creative department. We also worked to enhance the HUBSPOT CRM so it had solid information and not just account names. This also created an easy path to creating an invoice for our customer that was understandable. All these steps helped with accountability in the sales process.- Marketing: Managed a broad spectrum of projects, from tier 1 initiatives to all-encompassing 360 campaigns, aligning them with PLUS Studios strategic goals and enhancing brand visibility across design, digital content, and social media.- Cross-Functional Leadership: Fostered strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing a workflow that integrated designers, agencies, account managers, estimators and production partners.
