    At Brightidea I used Terraform, Ansible and Packer to create and maintain the AWS infrastructure behind a sophisticated innovation management software as a service. This infrastructure included a fully scalable forward-facing web interface using EC2 (with auto-scaling and load balancing), EBS, S3, ECS (scalable), Cloudwatch, Lambda, Cloudfront, Secrets Manager, Route53, Parameter Store, RDS Aurora (scalable), Certificate Manager, KMS, SNS, SQS, Elasitcahe, ElasticSearch, etc.CI/CD was handled through Github and AWS CodePipeline (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy). The pipelines were built with Terraform, and all images employed were built with Packer. ECS (Docker) deployments were to an EC2 backend.Additionally, “ancillary” services were configured and deployed in support of security, governance, and uptime, including but not limited to AWS Inventory, Fleet Manager, Security Hub, Patch Manager, WAF, and too many Lambdas to list. SOC2/NIST 800-53 compliance and controls as applied to TexRamp/FedRamp using external tools and AWS resources.Significant development in Python, bash and SQL. Extensive Docker image creation
