Sr. Instructional Designer
CurrentReporting to the VP of Organizational Effectiveness, the role includes management of all annual regulatory compliance programs and reporting, technical training program management, and creating globally facing elearning content from across a variety of business functions. Design and Develop Comprehensive Learning Programs• Create and implement engaging, scalable training solutions for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs using instructional design best practicesConduct Needs Analysis and Performance Assessments• Partner with stakeholders to assess training requirements, identify skill gaps, and tailor learning content to address specific business challenges as a Skills Council AdministratorLead Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR teams, and leadership to gather content, ensure accuracy, and enhance course relevance and impactManage End-to-End Project Development• Oversee the entire instructional design process from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meets quality standardsEvaluate Training Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement• Utilize learning analytics and feedback mechanisms to assess training outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for improving course content and delivery methods
