With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry—and much of that time as a business owner himself-- Chad is an excellent resource for his clients and our community.In his early 20’s Chad started a business with a Fortune 500 insurer running his own insurance agency. He successfully grew the business into a district and state leader in size, growth and client satisfaction. In the spirit of giving back, Chad has involved himself in the community by helping develop and subsequently Chairing the Ambassador Program for the Green Bay Chamber's young professionals network, Current. He has served as Chair of the organization's steering committee from 2012-2014. Current awarded Chad with the "Spirit of Current" award for contributions to the organization. Chad now serves as Vice Chair for the Green Bay Chapter of SCORE, an organization that mentors entrepreneurs/ small business owners and produces educational seminars and workshops.Chad also donates his time as a board member with The ArtGarage and serves on a committee tasked with connecting the Fox River and East River Trails with Olde Main Street Inc. Chad is proud to say he was honored as one of the “40 people under 40 you should know” in the Bay Business Journal.On a personal note, Chad coaches little league baseball, has coached baseball for Notre Dame High School, Chad and his wife Ashley enjoy volunteering with their children's school whenever possible.
