Lead and manage a team in the California Business Center, setting annual objectives and monthly priorities focused on improving retail/wholesale parts sales, service quality, warranty, service contracts, retention and customers experience within the dealer network. Develop the regional strategy to achieve annual objectives, setting expectations, and creating simplified tracking reports to raise awareness. Develop district manager personnel to maximize effectiveness to achieve objectives, improve KPI’s, and increase revenue. Create strategic marketing plans to drive traffic and target specific portfolios such as tires, brakes, accessories and repair. Work closely with the Sales and Network departments to ensure we have a unified approach to achieve goals and institute new programs and change.

Responsible for growing wholesale part sales and identifying new wholesale accounts related to Wholesale Distributors, Mechanical, Collision, Glass, Accessories, Powertrain and Redistribution. Launched 5 new Wholesale Distributors to stock and sell Mopar parts in markets with share opportunity, securing the #1 BC for WD sales with $12.6M annually. Grew wholesale mechanical sales 11% and collision sales 10% YOY by creating dealer awareness of incentive based programs and conducting wholesale blitzes in key markets. Grew RSL and Oil Truckload business by 269% in 2017 through prospecting new customers via cold calls and industry conferences. Worked with the national team to develop new revenue initiatives by launching a coolant truckload program, and Wrangler Beadlock Wheel & Tire Assemblies.

Led and consulted dealers to improve their service and parts operations to be process driven in order to increase service retention and improve the overall customer experience. Responsible for dealers business process development to achieve defined targets and generate revenue. Provided consultation on improvement opportunities related to stocking levels, customer handling processes, and monthly service marketing campaigns. Sold the value proposition of investing and offering great services by having an Express Lane Department, utilizing a tablet based service write-up platform, and offering texting communications. Consistently ranked in the top two districts for highest CSI scores within the region.
