The primary C# ASP.Net MVC developer for internally developed LOB applications for Bennett Jones. Tasked to the design, development, implementation, documentation, testing, rollout and training of internal business intelligence systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to improve or streamline business workflows. Design and Implement complex code, and test such code using Unit testing, UI testing and Integration Testing. Administer database schema and maintain database entities such as indexes, relationships and normalization of tables.PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM- Designed and implemented a central high level project management system responsible for high level reporting and project management tasks such as budget management, project communication and a project evaluation process- System was a central communication tool connecting to 5 systems, extracting key information from those systems and reporting that information in a concise manner to upper management and project teams.- System was integral to Tarpon’s ISO Quality System and was central to several procedures written in Tarpon’s Quality Manual.- Reduced errors in project costing, late invoicing and escalating costs by implementing an NCR system that would trip when certain triggers where met. When actions were not taken to solve the NCR, it would be escalated to upper management.CATCH (CRM)- Designed and implemented a company customer relationship management system that handled all of Tarpon’s business development target accounts & contacts. The system was also responsible for communicating key opportunities to business units.- Kept a backlog of current and prospective work through a report so that Tarpon could forecast future work and allocate resources accordingly.DOCUMENT CONTROL SYSTEM- Extended functionality of a third party document control system to suit the needs of Tarpon and integrated this functionality into the Project Management System. Using several system APIs we developed reporting, document naming standards and formal communication with clients.
