Also responsible for Enterprise interoperability strategy and clinical data acquisition operations serving Cotiviti’s payment integrity, government and retail businesses.

Responsible for leading a global operation delivering value to payers by improving risk adjustment score accuracy, HEDIS/Star ratings and overall member health outcomes. Our team engages consumers with personalized, multi-channel communications to educate members in making smarter healthcare choices, optimize health plan investment in consumer engagement and enhance the member experience. We also partner with providers to acquire medical chart data for clinical review delivering positive risk adjustment and HEDIS return on investment.

Established and led external facing, client engagement function for a $300M division focused on clinical data acquisition and insights for health plan clients. This function consisted of integrated teams from two acquired companies while investment occurred to enhance client performance from the point of sale through project delivery.Responsibilities also included development and leadership of forecasting function to provide division level financial performance guidance related to expected operational delivery and overall sales pipeline. Led division level quality and operational excellence team to enhance focus on client satisfaction, continuous improvement and overall performance.
