Vice President and Group Director, Design-to-Delivery Practices: Led a group of thirteen analysts and support staff across four practices including product innovation, manufacturing, supply chain management and global supply (procurement). Part of executive team leading the company through a culture change balanced between a positive work environment, personnel development while delivering financial results to AberdeenGroup’s parent company, Harte-Hanks.
