This includes logging customer interactions, steps I take to troubleshoot the problem at hand, and communications between the customer and myself.⦁ Provide excellent customer service.⦁ Taking ownership for the task at hand while completing it in a timely manner.

As well as performing these rollout steps and best practices.• I worked hand in hand with larger companies, such as AT&T, NCR, and Meijer corporate offices to ensure my entire store functioned as intended.
