    I lead the Electrical Design Engineers in the development and design of electrical systems in tactical shelters. Discuss technical alternatives to critical design issues and review designs for accuracy and adherence to specifications. Encourage employee professional development through continuing education, goal setting, and individual training. In order to promote knowledge transfer, I developed procedures and design manual to capture the experiences of veteran engineers. I support AS9100 audit by preparing evidence, interviewing with auditors, and implementing process improvements while working with Quality Engineers to strengthen company procedures to prepare for future audits. I update engineering procedures to ensure adherence to AS9100 standards to guarantee high quality products while limiting the amount of hours spent on designs. Decreasing the time for resolving production issues and ensures resources are available for continuing production support. The test group is supported to limit delays as issues arise and increase product throughput by troubleshooting errors. I collaborate on root cause analysis to determine the failure mode and implement measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I also provide explanation to management on plant issues and suggest equipment upgrades to protect people and property during future events.I develop electrical design quotes for the Sales team and continue to work with customers through the completion of their program to ensure continuity. This includes meeting in person, reviewing specifications, and address concerns to ensure a product that satisfy the needs of the customer while maintaining budget.
